This coffee was produced by Jose A Rossetto Neto and his sons on their family farm located in the region known as Mogiana de Montanha. This farm won the sustainability award from the SCAA in 2008. The cup has a smooth round body with grapefruit undertones

The cup is sweet. This Sidamo has e heavy body highlighted with jam and berry notes and a smooth lingering finish. This is a light city roast.

Mama Cata was produced by Jose David Garrido in the Boquete region. A 100% Caturra coffee with a sweet fragrance that tastes of ripe figs and cocoa covered dates. Expect a medium well rounded body that lingers gently on the pallet.

The heavy body of the Sumatra Harimau Tiger has a rich earthy flavor complimented by lemon and herbal undertones. This cup has low acidity and a deep lingering aftertaste.
